ConnectionsKept is a trade name of BidBridge Federal LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, company and trade when you fill out a form, book a call or contact us.
- Business contact information about builders, remodelers and other companies, taken from publicly available sources, used to introduce them to local contractors.
- Basic website data such as pages visited and device type, if we use analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule calls and deliver our services.
- To contact businesses about possible referral partnerships.
- To send updates or marketing messages you've agreed to receive.
Calls and text messages
We may call or text business contacts. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we'll stop contacting you. Message and data rates may apply. We don't share phone numbers collected for text messaging with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling and CRM software) and, with a business's knowledge, when we introduce two businesses to each other. We don't sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of messages, by emailing lance@connectionskept.com.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
